Operations Analyst

Summary:
The Corporate Operations Analyst will work in consultation with the AVP, Corporate Operations Support to ensure all corporate processes are documented, communicated and updated, and inefficiencies are identified and addressed through training or process improvements.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
•Provide the highest level of customer service to internal customers
•Accurately document all policies and procedures within acceptable timeframes on company approved templates
•Research and document operational procedures based on technology enhancements
•Independently analyze given subject matter and make recommendations to Management to streamline and/or improve workflow and/or processes
•Recommend projects for process enhancements to improve performance
•Assist Department Leaders with presentations
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
•Strong skills in MS Office, MS Project, Crystal Reports and Visio
•Proven ability to work independently
•Ability to successfully balance multiple priorities
•Proficiency in UniFi, LoanSoft, Desktop Underwriter and/or Loan Prospector a plus

Prior Experience Required:
•Proficient in UniFi and/or LoanSoft
•4 years of Mortgage Banking experience (preferred)

•Some travel and overtime may be required
