Your performance objectives include the following projects: accrual to return, consolidated tax provisions schedules, valuation allowance memos, tax accounting related to mergers and acquisitions, financial statement/disclosure review, analysis of effective rate, deferred taxes, OCI, NOL, and reserves. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:You are a candidate with 8-10 years of experience within a public or private firm in the Tax Department or the Accounting Department. You have SFAS 109/Tax accounting skills. You have solid DR/CR Skills and are proficient in Microsoft Excel. You have great communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure.
