OTC Credit Documentation Specialist

UBS is a leading global financial services firm. Our Investment Bank is one of the world’s top global investment banking and securities firms, providing a full spectrum of products to institutional and corporate clients, intermediaries, government and hedge funds worldwide.This role is working within the mainstream Derivative documentation group, responsible for executing ISDA Derivative documentation, primarily with the aim of controlling the OTC Risk profile of derivatives. The products are both vanilla Equity/IR/Credit derivatives, and structured products. This person will take on responsibility for Client interaction and management of confirmations and ensuring top-level internal and external client service at all times. The individual would be the primary account manager for several trading counterparties. There is potential for the person to specialise and we operate a group rotation system giving exposure to all other product areas of OTC. This role requires someone with an ability to take on all types of work with a desire to learn and succeed. The role will be based in Stamford, but will deal with trading and operations teams in Stamford, New York and London. Extensive Global interaction with all aspects of the business is also a feature of this role. As this is a highly dynamic team environment, the candidate needs to be self-motivated, driven and proactive as they will be expected to analyse processes and achieve deliverables in the course of day-to-day work. Basic Qualifications:Four year bachelors degree or international equivalent required
Minimum of 1 Year related experience
