OPEN ACCOUNTING & FINANCE POSITIONS!!

We have several Accounting and Finance Temp to Perm opportunities we are looking to place the right candidate at.
Here are the current openings:

Accounting Manager (Temp-to-Perm)
Strong Controllership experience, including financial statement preparation and reporting, Receivables, Payables, Billing and Account Reconciliation
Implement system controls for new financial systems and develop procedures to improve existing systems
Establish and maintain process narratives and a specialized system to track key controls, process owner, etc. Develop Process Maps for Key Controllership processes
Prepare status reports and progress pitches for presentation to management. Responsible for ensuring that any reporting to stakeholders and senior management is complete and accurate.
Meeting facilitation, agenda creation, recording of action items and meeting minutes.
Fosters an inclusive, collaborative teamwork style to ensure results are obtained and supported
Ability to analyze problems, develop creative solutions & assess risks/benefits
Financial System experience required, Oracle General Ledger preferred
Solid analytical / statistical background
Demonstrated leadership and team skills
Ability to manage and coach others, regardless of reporting relationship
Proven ability to drive projects to successful completion under tight deadlines
Substantial exposure to finance systems and related projects
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Six Sigma trained; Green Belt certifiedAccount Reconciliation Analyst (Temp)
