Cargill Risk Management structures and markets over-the-counter products on agricultural and energy commodities. Since 1994, CRM has worked with businesses to identify their commodity price risk management issues and to create tailored risk management products that will mitigate these exposures and protect operating margins.





Cargill Risk Management seeks to hire a customer centered and team oriented sales person who will be responsible for marketing and structuring derivative structures to targeted customers in North and Latin America, with emphasis on the Latin American Sugar/Grain industries. This is a dynamic environment affording the right individual the opportunity to develop new relationships and to build on existing relationships, including internal partnerships.





Responsibilities Include:

* Developing business plan including customer identification and segmentation

* Meeting and developing relationships with targeted customers

* Providing product ideas and pricing derivative structures

* Managing credit, administration/documentation, and compliance components

* Executing and following-up on the Transaction process


REQUIREMENTS


Required

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business/Management, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience.

3-5 years of proven sales experience including building customer relationships, managing credit issues and overall compliance with corporate standards, policies and procedures.

Spanish fluency.

Knowledge of commodity markets and ability to understand the financial implications of market movements.

Ability to travel up to 35%.

Desired Knowledge of derivatives, options, and/or capital markets products. Knowledge of Cargill operations.
