Advanta, one of the nation’s largest issuers (through Advanta Bank Corp.) of MasterCard business credit cards to small businesses, is looking to add a highly skilled New Accounts Manager – Processing in our Draper, Utah location.

As a New Accounts Manager, you will review applications for business credit cards with Advanta Bank Corp. to ensure that they are complete and accurate. Receive inbound calls to assist prospective clients in completing applications for a business credit card with Advanta Bank Corp. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers and prospective customers in order to best assist them with questions and concerns.

* Process new account applications in accordance with established policies. Make outbound calls to applicants to obtain information missing on new account applications or research discrepancies. Provide accurate, efficient, timely and objective reviews of incoming credit card applications. Use Fast Data, personal credit reports and/or Dunn and Bradstreet reports to research and review application information.
* Answer incoming phone calls in a timely, efficient and professional manner. Establish customer relationships through effective sales and servicing. Utilize available resources and knowledge to assess caller's needs and gain customer confidence. Convert incoming calls to completed credit card applications. Ensure compliance to the rules and regulations set forth by the bank. Meet sales/service standards.
* Assist with special projects assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
* HS diploma/GED/or equivalent work experience.
* College degree/courses desirable.
* Experience in a processing environment for financial services highly preferred.
* Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service role preferred.
* PC experience, including data entry and ability to navigate in a Windows environment.
* Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
* Thorough work habits with strong attention to detail.
