National Multistate Regional Leader - Credits & Incentives

Known as employers of choice for innovative human resources programs, they are dedicated to helping their clients and people excel.Our National Credits & Incentives Tax practice is currently looking for Regional Leader to enhance the current team.  We are looking for an individual with extensive Credits and Incentives Tax experience, excellent client service delivery and team management including tax planning, tax research and skills in developing New Incentive Related Products.
General Responsibilities:
As a C&I professional on our
National Credits & Incentives Tax team, you will have the opportunity to leverage your accounting and tax knowledge to identify and execute creative tax strategies and solutions for our clients in incentive related products including apportionment modifications, adjustments to Federal Tax Income and Non-Tax Related Incentives. You will be responsible for managing the Credits & Incentives tax consulting function for your clients, establishing relationships with client management, attending client meetings with tax partners and professionals, selling services directly to clients and will be afforded the opportunity to participate in all aspects of our engagements from the planning to the execution stage.
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
         Possess 8 + years of public accounting experience in which 3 or more of those years are in the area of credits and incentives.
         Property and sales tax research and compliance is a plus.  
         Strong research and writing skillsPrevious supervisory and project management experience, and proven sales and marketing ability for both federal and state credits is also required. 
         BS in Accounting and CPA required, MS in Taxation is strongly preferred.
