Specific Job Description:
Manager who leads by example, energetic and has the ability to drive change and business mindset. Position must be able to manage a 3-5 person team which reside in several geographic locations. Job will require experience in long range planning, variance analysis, accounts receivable, and providing customer reports to the government as necessary. This person should be an effective communicator and able to present tactical and strategic priorities at the senior management level. Problem solving skills and financial experience will be needed to manage the increase in growth in this directorate. Manager must embody the traits of Full Spectrum Leadership.
Standard Job Description:
Manages a variety of financial activities in more than one functional area of Finance, such as cost accounting, tax accounting, general accounting, financial analyses, and/or budgeting. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
REQUIREMENTS
Typical Minimums:
Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
