A top-tier Bay Area financial services business is searching for a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to work with the Finance Director in their office located on the peninsula.

Description
Manage the development, preparation and review of the monthly forecasts and budgets
Develop business models using business drivers and metrics
Coordinate with department heads to obtain and validate forecast and budget assumptions
Produce executive level reports utilizing operating performance measures and metrics
Analyze business performance
Facilitate the prioritization of resources through capital planning, analysis, and reporting.
Create reports for senior management
Promote and develop financial analysis skills within the department

REQUIREMENTS
Experience
10 or more years of progressive business analysis experience in a corporate environment
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university required
CPA and/or MBA a plus
Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Proficiency in accounting and budgeting/planning software
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
