Basic Functions and Responsibilities: **Exempt**Supervise Operational & Financial audit staff Assist the Director in the ongoing risk based audit plan and monitoring thereof.
Represent the Director when necessary for operational and financial related issues.Supervise and train staff and perform operational, financial and special audits for ETS and subsidiaries with minimum supervision from the DirectorInteract with senior management throughout the audit processComplete the audits within the budgeted hours and work with IT auditorsReview workpapers, observations & recommendations and draft reports to help ensure compliance with department standardsAssist in special projects, fraud investigations, etc.Perform integrated audits with the IT Audit Manager.ETS staff who work in the departments being audited as well as other ETS staff.Risk assessments, three year audit plan, job scheduling and staff assignmentsAudits that meet department standardsRecommendations that add value through better internal controls or increased efficiencyClear, concise audit reports that are issued timelyEvaluate staff through job and annual appraisals and, when required, interview candidates for audit positionsApply Info: Internal:Please send cover letter and resume to Denise Santoro at MailStop 02-D or e-mail to [Click here for email]. REQUIREMENTS
Education: BA or BS in AccountingCertified Public Accountant or Certified Internal AuditorExperience: 10+ years of experience in public/private or all public (Big 4 or top ten firm) or equivalent experience
