Job Title:
Staff/Senior AccountantResponsibilities:Departmental accruals and analysis.
Maintain prepaid expense schedule and prepare monthly entry.
Maintain all inter-company transactions and correspondence.
Perform monthly reconciliations.
Monthly closing and consolidation process.
Review accounts payable vouchers and T&E reports.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate submissions.
Perform sales and use tax filings.
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years finance/accounting experience public and/or private.
Strong analytical and computer skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills; ability to handle details and the ability to multi-task.
Strong team player that can work independently and, at times, unsupervised.
