Marketing/Business Analyst

Job Description:
?Track and analyze business performance trends;
?Recommend product deployment strategies;
?Assist Vice Presidents in the development of budgets, planning, and other corporate financial requirements;
?Develop, formulate and present business plans in support of capital investments, product developments, business strategies;
?Coordinate process reviews to provide maximum efficiency, implement best practices and provide cost savings;
?Analyze product and process costs, recommending improvements;
?Analyzes financial information to determine present and future financial performance;
?Recommends cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies;
?Monitors, analyzes, and implements improvements in forecasting and reporting accuracy and effectiveness;
?Assists in the preparation of the annual operating plan.

Position also entails:
?Flexibility to evolve to management assignments in short (3 month) or long (2 year) periods to acquire necessary experience in various activities of the corporation. These can include specific operational responsibilities in line assignments or in support functions reporting to directors with P&L responsibility.
?The main objective of the position is to generate individuals with significant potential for taking on positions of responsibility in all lines of the company’s business.

Qualifications:
?Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Marketing
?MBA
?Minimum of 3 years experience
