We seek an individual to assist the corporate development team with market research, competitive analysis and financial analysis. The individual in this position will support the corporate development department with a variety of projects related to the analysis of companies and markets sectors and the sourcing and qualification of potential transactions for the company. In addition, it is expected that the individual will provide general analytical support for transactions and the Company's executives.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting.
Experience in detailed market research and survey projects.
Ability to perform financial and market analysis of companies.
Familiarity with the public markets.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of finance or corporate budgeting experience.
Skill and experience in financial modeling and strong analytical capabilities applied to business and financial data.
Ability to work with limited supervision on multiple concurrent projects.
Specific experience with M&A transactions, including due diligence procedures, is helpful.
Good oral and written communication skills.
