Manager of Logistics Cost Analysis

ENTER JOB TITLE

Select Comfort, Minnesota-based Creator of the Sleep Number® Bed and the nation's #1 ranked bedding retailer for each of the past 6 years running (Furniture Today, 2000-2005), is seeking a Manager of Logistics Cost Analysis for our corporate headquarter offices in Plymouth.

Responsibilities:

Performance management – KPI development and tracking, total cost perspective/integration, financial education/transparency, budgeting, strategic planning/forecasting, financial analysis and insight to detail inbound and outbound logistic cost structure.

Develop enabling business processes, structures, and systems. Drive continuous improvement in methods and tools to enable a scalable growth organization.

Financial governance – effective process design, accuracy in reporting and maintaining a tone and presence of integrity and ethics.

ROI – capital spending analysis, working capital optimization (inventory reduction, SKU reduction, cost of waste, streamlining flow of goods).
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

BA/BS Degree business/finance/accounting or economics preferred

CPA Preferred

MBA required

5-10 years business experience

2-4 Years formal GAAP control and reporting accounting experience

5+ years progressive financial experience -- (Analytical modeling, capital structure, operating mechanisms, metric creation)

Limited travel
