Manager of Financial Analysis – Hotel / Casino Operations

In this role, the Financial Analysis Manager is responsible for staff training and manages & directs the activities of all the various levels of financial analysts.

The incumbent will be responsible to provide:

Financial Analysis
Pro Forma Financial Statements for all expansion opportunities
Annual Budget and Strategic Planning involvement
Analysis of gaming and operating data
Identification of key areas for operational and process improvement

This position is also responsible for financial and marketing analysis for the entire hotel and casino to include:

Hotel Operations Food & Beverage Operations Casino & Junket Operations Marketing Events & Promotions

REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
Previous experience in a casino or casino/hotel-related industry is ideal
Bachelor’s degree in an analytical and/or business-oriented major (Accounting, Business, Auditing, or Finance) is required. An advanced degree (MBA) is desirable.
5+ years of work experience in an environment of quantitative analysis
A minimum of 3+ years of management experience
