Manager of External Reporting

My client is a publicly traded advertising firm with a strong footprint in online marketing. The firm offers a very stable platform for growth and strong financial stability. Candidates will be responsible for the following:

•External Reporting
•10K’s and 10Q’s
•Preparation of account reconciliations
•Management of SOX compliance for financial reporting
•Preparation of SEC documentation
•Liaise with outside auditors
•Preparation of workpapers and financial statements
•GAAP compliance

Candidates will also be responsible for ad-hoc financial projects.
REQUIREMENTS
BS or BA in Accounting
CPA
Strong GAAP and SEC reporting skills
Excellent communications skills
