Manager of Corporate Financial Systems

As a key member of the Corporate Finance team, the Manager of Corporate Financial Systems will provide system administration/functional support of the internal reporting systems that enable management/financial reporting and financial planning. This includes support of the company’s consolidation and planning system (Hyperion Financial Management), expense reporting system (Concur), and other accounting and reporting systems. This position will require an individual who can develop strong partnerships across multiple functional areas and lines of business in order to provide proactive support. The individual will work closely with the end-user community to provide user education for all applications, ensure proper utilization of current and future financial systems, provide documentation of processing enhancements, communicate web-form customizations, and continuously assess and enhance the application suite based upon end-user and business requirements. There is an expectation that this individual will lead system upgrades, the deployment of new technologies and process improvement. The individual will be responsible for the creation of project plans and timelines. This position is highly visible within the organization; it will report directly to the Assistant Controller and will also work closely with Information Technology leaders.

Responsibilities:
·Maintain and administer all facets of Hyperion Financial Management System/Upstream Software and servers.
·Responsible for the identification of functionality to be included in new system development and the implementation of new system enhancements.
·Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting process.
·Responsible for evaluating new technology for use in consolidation functions.
·Work with internal customers to consistently improve and refine processes and procedures as related to the global close and planning & analysis process. Create solutions for user community needs.
·Oversee the rollout of a company-wide expense reporting system (Concur).
·Supervise System Administrator(s.

Successful candidates will possess the following:·5 years experience in a corporate environment or related experience
·Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Computer Information Systems preferred
·Excellent Hyperion Financial Management, computer / server and MS Excel knowledge required
·Superior communications skills. Must be able to communicate at all levels and functions within the organization.
·Knowledge of finance/accounting from education and/or experience highly preferred
·Performance-driven, with proven leadership and project management skills
·Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast paced and demanding
·Must be self-directed, have excellent initiative and organizational skills
·Exhibits a strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive and energy
