Manager of Consolidations

Our client is a world leader in the developing and marketing high quality surgical instruments, as well as innovative devices and products, for use in neurosurgery, reconstructive surgery, general surgery and soft tissue repair. They are located in Plainsboro NJ.


They are currently seeking a Manager of Consolidations.
In this position you will be:


Responsible for ensuring that all local site finance teams comply with the client's Monthly Financial Reporting policy.
Manage the overall consolidation process and maintain the Corporate consolidation system.
Oversee the preparation of the consolidation and disclosure schedules to support quarterly reviews and annual audits by external auditors.
Responsible for ensuring that all site financial statements comply with US GAAP and client's Finance Policies.
Integrate acquired businesses into the corporate consolidation system. Prepare various financial analyses and present such information to senior and executive management.
Assist corporate staff in the preparation of tax accounting, planning and other compliance matters.
This position requires excellent planning, management, and communication skills and regular interaction and coordination with local site finance teams around the world. It also requires strong technical accounting skills and an in-depth knowledge and understanding of consolidation procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of consolidation accounting experience, CPA qualification and 2 years of public accounting experience.

An MBA is preferred and CONOS software experience is highly desirable.
