Manager Trainee: You will spend around 12-18 months working in both the sales and collections department. Once you have proven efficiency in both, by performance, you will be eligible to be promoted to a Store Manger position. Starting pay for A MT is $28K-$35K plus monthly bonus (based on experience, verifiable record of exceeding company standards, and the interview process).

Sales Manager: Responsible for the acquisition and maintenance of the customer base within a retail showroom. Starting pay is $24K-$28K plus monthly bonus. (based on experience and the interview process).

Collections Manager: Responsible for the acquisition and maintenance of the customer base within a retail store through telephone and field collections. Starting pay is $24K-$28K plus monthly bonus (based on experience and the interview process).

Once promoted to Store Manger, your salary will jump to a minimum of $40,000 plus you share in a percentage of the stores profit! Our top manager all make over $100,000 per year!Job Requirements
You must be at least 21 years of age, have a good driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
