REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must be CPA, pref. MS in Taxation

Must have hands on FAS109

Public accounting exp preferred. 5 Years Tax Accounting.

Will be responsible for the preparation of the consolidated and separate legal entity quarterly tax provision.
Assist in the preparation of tax provisions for legal entities.

Assist in SOX review.

Assist in the preparation of tax footnotes for the 10Q and the Annual Report.
