Manager, Service and Stability

By combining your talent with our strength, we can achieve great results.Your job responsibilities include the stability and user services associated with the three branch and client workbenches-ConsultWorks, ConsultWorks Mobile, and OLS. Interfacing with both internal and external service providers to maintain a high level of service and explore alternative technology solutions. You will manage the local branch hardware and network infrastructure required to maintain a stable user environment including submission of proposal for funding, partnering with Rollout Services to create the rollout plan and providing escalation point for rollout activities. You will strategize with the management teams from the Service Group, Rollout Services and Information Technology Infrastructure (ITI). You will create and maintain the Infrastructure BCP/DR plan, as well as analyze stability and service trends to seek recommendations for action. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:You are a professional with a minimum of 5 years related industry experience. You possess the knowledge of technology and the supporting infrastructure from the business and user perspective. You have a basic understanding of the branch organizational structure. You have good organizational and excellent communication skills (both oral and written). You are able to develop and maintain effective and productive relationships and to balance tactical and strategic planning.
