Manager, Reporting - Pharmaceuticals
Our client, one of the World's leading Pharmaceutical companies based in Central New Jersey is seeking a highly motivated, fast-track, Manager to join the team responsible for all technical GAAP and SEC reporting and policy setting. This highly visible role will be responsible for monitoring the effects of current accounting/SEC standard setting projects on the business and financial statements. In addition, the Manager will be responsible for analyzing the research of sell-side accounting analysts to determine impact on financials, drafting any required footnote disclosures and comment letters related to new proposed standards as well as providing training to other finance professionals regarding the new standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will posses a Bachelors degree in Accounting along with a CPA and at least 4 years of relevant experience with extensive exposure to SEC rules and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Prior public accounting experience is a plus.
