Manager, Mfg Finance Melbourne

Job Description:



This position is responsible for the leadership and management of the Operations Finance Department - supporting the Melbourne Florida facilities. This individual will oversee the planning, execution and performance of Operations' financial processes.



Job Accountabilities:



Champion successful team execution and staff development

Development/alignment of consistent financial processes and schedules

Development of financial plans, forecasts and reporting of results for manufacturing costs, standard costs, output, inventory, operating budgets, staffing and capital

Provide support to Operations and business unit leadership

Preparation and communication of quarterly EAC reviews for product cost pools

Development and communication of forward pricing rates for product cost pools

Consolidation and reporting of monthly scorecard metrics

Promote and maintain an environment compliant with company controls and accepted accounting standards
REQUIREMENTS


Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 8 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Preferably has already held a leadership position no less than 2 years.



Successful candidate must possess strong leadership and communications skills. In addition, must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills. Individual must be able to manage tasks in an environment with changing priorities. Would also prefer that individual be open to future relocation opportunities.
