Manager, International Tax

Job Category: Finance / AccountingPosition Description: The ideal candidate will have both public accounting and industry tax experience with a concentration in international tax. Primary responsibilities will include oversight of all international tax matters of the Company, including; foreign tax provision calculations under FASB 109, preparation and review of foreign components of the U.S. corporate tax return, including Forms 5471, and a thorough understanding of the foreign tax credit computation. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for evaluating and implementing a multitude of foreign restructuring and tax planning projects. There will be involvement on a periodic basis in other non-international tax projects. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Tax.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidate will have a Bachelors in Accounting, and 7+ years of relevant experience.
Advanced degree in Taxation and CPA license preferred. Foreign language proficiency is a plus. Foreign travel of approximately 20%.
