Manager, Internal Audit and Regulatory Compliance

We are currently seeking Internal Audit Managers to join us in our Philadelphia office.Internal Audit and Regulatory Compliance (IARC) Services professionals help organizations enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of critical in-house governance, internal audit and compliance functions. IARC professionals, focused on internal audit, help strengthen/supplement client internal audit functions across all industries primarily through strategic sourcing. They also perform, risk assessments and risk-based operational, financial and compliance audits of key business processes.
Our dedicated internal audit professionals are supported by a multidisciplinary team of subject matter professionals to help ensure significant financial and operational risks are identified and mitigated.Responsibilities:

Provide high quality professional day-to-day management of internal audit engagements and other projects

Manage client relationships and expectations

Assist Partners in the creation of proposals, business development, and practice administration

Manage and develop team members
Job Requirements
Qualifications:

Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry

BS degree in Accounting or Business (or equivalent) from an accredited college/university and CPA, CIA, or CISA (or equivalent) certification

Five years of internal audit experience

Experience in a public accounting firm, advisory firm, or relevant industry experience

Willing and able to travel 60 percent of the time, at times, with short notice

Willing to work the hours necessary to meet client deadlines

Able to identify additional areas of service to clients
