Manager, Information Risk Management/ORACLE

We are currently seeking a Manager to join us in our Phoenix office.Information Risk Management (IRM) Services professionals assess, design, and combine leading information management and operational processes, approaches, technologies, and controls to help enable sustained business value and risk management in support of the business. Information Technology (IT) organizations and their leaders often need a business focus that helps enable them to better organize and prioritize their IT investments based on factors including business value created, return on investments, and management of risk.Responsibilities:
Participate in ORACLE projects related to identifying effective controls to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for ORACLE applications

Review and map ORACLE business processes in order to understand the business process controls

Review ORACLE configuration settings to determine if configurable system controls are used appropriately

Review ORACLE application security profiles to assess how application security is being used as part of the overall business process control environment

Perform segregation of duties testing on ORACLE application security profiles

Assess general IT control issues (disaster recovery, change management etc.) as they relate to ORACLE installations

Assess data conversion and system interface controls for ORACLE system implementations and system controls related to financial and internal audit reviews
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

Six years of experience in ORACLE related to functional business processes, security, and system controls

ORACLE application and CISA certifications

Previous experience performing ORACLE security, audit, controls, or implementation projects

ORACLE configuration experience for one or more functional modules and security implementation or administration experience

Information Systems (IS) or functional/operational auditing experience

Advisory service background with strong analytical skills and be able to present persuasive ideas to senior management

Understanding of the issues surrounding ORACLE application security, business processes, IT operations, and data integrity controls

Ability to evaluate clients' business processes and assist in identifying additional business opportunitiesKPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
