Manage the accounting of government project for IO Finance by ensuring government entries are in accordance with FAR and CAS. Review time data sheets and maintain billing support to the government.
Perform audits of time sheets and time tracking documentation.Monitor AED spending on projects. Review general ledger for spending not assigned to projects; report on status of AED vs. spending.Support monthly closing and reporting. Support will consist of reviews of general ledger activity, account reconciliations, completion of monthly closing entries, and compilation of monthly reports.Support quarterly performance review and annual budget. Support will consist of drafting of QPR presentation, assisting in drafting annual budget presentation, and input budget into SAP.Coordinate Inventory reporting and analysisSupport Corporate reporting process and Headcount AnalysisWe are an equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V
REQUIREMENTS
Required Education/Experience: BS/BA Accounting, 3-5 years related financial experience.
Experience with SAP and MS Office products including Word and Excel.
