Manager, Financial Reporting/SEC Reg.

Purpose:
Our client, a large, multi-billion dollar company in Reston, is looking for several managers to join their team.

Key Responsibilities: prepare and review all financial statements, supporting documentation and filings; advice senior executives regarding new regulatory rulemaking and financial reporting processes; research technical accounting issues as needed; coordinate efforts with internal and external groups for filings; participate in due diligence with regard to M&A; support financial system integration efforts.

Minimum Qualifications: college degree; CPA required; 3-6 years minimum experience including public accounting serving public clients; familiarity with SEC rules and regulations; management experience; team player with strong communication skills.Classification:Direct PlacementCompensation:
