Manager Financial Reporting/External

Manager Financial Reporting will lead the external financial reporting, technical accounting research & analysis, and provide accounting/reporting guidance to segment and corporate management. This person will oversee all SEC filings and ensure financial statements comply with US GAAP. In addition, they will be the leader & driver of process improvements as they relate to the external reporting processes. Candidates should have mastery of GAAP,strong experience in SEC filings and proven organizational leadership and strong process improvement experience. This position requires a CPA designation and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. (Master's Degree a plus)Candidate must have 4 - 6 years experience in accounting or related field, with significant experience consisting of a combination of public accounting and multi-national public company.Job location is on the West Coast.
