Your position may require non-traditional work hours including overtime and weekend work. In support of our on-going commitment to laser vision correction excellence, it is incumbent upon associates to partner with LCA Vision / LasikPLUS in continuous self-development and demonstrate commitment to continuous business improvement throughout the term of at will employment.

Position Summary:
Perform financial analysis and planning for the organization with emphasis on operational improvements, return on investment, cost savings, budgeting and forecasting.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities (List in order of importance):
1.Develop annual budget process
2.Develop monthly flex budget/forecast process
3.Prepare monthly Marketing budget
4.Support Marketing department with financial analysis needs
5.Analyze acquisitions and support due diligence
6.Special projects

Type and degree of supervision this incumbent receives:
•Position is supervised by VP Finance and Treasurer and is expected to work independently on projects. Indirect supervision by President on Marketing analyses.

Degree of decision making authority this incumbent is given:
•Day-to-day decisions as to prioritization are made by Manager. Manager is expected to make decisions consistent with the highest ethics.

Physical demands:
•Minimal physical demands, as expected with office job.

REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
•Accounting or Finance degree required. MBA required. CPA preferred.
•7-10 years accounting and finance experience
