Manager, Finance (Reporting/forecasting opportunity)

We're looking for a strong communicator with excellent leadership skills to manage two Sr. Analysts, while focusing on the following responsibilities:






Reporting data/financial results for UHC lines of business and forecasting revenue


Presenting and distributing results to management


Providing analysis and written explanations of reports


Participating in future growth planning and strategic development


Planning and prioritizing duties for the staff


Developing staff and providing training and coaching


Conducting performance reviews


Job Requirements:

























Finance or accounting work experience is required, including experience in a financial reporting and forecasting role, and demonstrated experience building financial reports. Must additionally have experience working in a high-revenue industry. A related bachelor's degree is required. CPA or MBA preferred. Supervisory experience is preferred, ideally managing financial professionals, and any experience in healthcare or managed care would also be a strong asset.
