Manager Finance - Gas - Parts & Repair Operations

Business Unit: GE Infrastructure, EnergyFunction: FinanceResponsibilities: Essential Functions
Provide financial leadership & controllership for $2.7B Gas Parts & Repair Operations, which includes 17 service centers located around the world.
Manage a team of 30 finance professionals in driving improved cost, cycle time, and quality of operations.
Own and drive finance priorities: Sustainable controllership; developing finance talent; improved operations; and functional productivity.
Lead Growth Playbook, SII, OP & Pre-Close processes supporting business goals including establishment of short and long range forecasts and translating to operational ownership.
Interact with the General Manager - Gas Operations on a proactive basis to provide insight & decision making support.~HJ~
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications
BS degree - Accounting or Finance.
At least 7+ years of progressive finance experience.
Prior Management Experience.
Demonstrated process improvement/re-engineering skills.Desired: Desired Characteristics
FMP/CAS/EFLP/MBA.
BB Certification (GE Employees Only).Work Traits
