Manager/Director of SEC Reporting

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 per year Client relocating corporate accounting offices to DFW!!! Hiring 5 Accounting and Finance positions for non-relocating employees, one of which is an SEC Manager or Director. Very fun environment in the family entertainment industry with locations in 34 of the largest metropolitan areas of the country. This position currently administers the daily treasury functions, performs all debt related accounting, facilitates the debt covenant compliance requirements, oversees the completion of our quarterly PP&E reporting and prepares the annual partnership financial statements. This role will emerge into more of a SEC reporting position in the future as some of the treasury and debt related functions shift to a treasury group that is currently being developed. Current responsibilities include perform treasury functions for all corporate banking needs (i.e. daily cash need determinations, credit facility draws / pay downs, wire payment administration, administration of the controlled disbursement bank accounts, etc.); performing all debt related accounting (i.e. new issues, retirements, pay downs, interest accruals, debt issuance amortization, etc.); preparing debt related covenant calculations / forecasts for review with SVP of Finance and CFO; reviewing all PP&E retirement requests prior to approval meeting with Corporate Controller; reviewing the quarterly PP&E rollforwards for accuracy / capitalization policy compliance and prepare the quarterly PP&E rollforward consolidation; preparing PBCs and assisting in audit responses for our external auditors related to the quarterly / annual audit; preparing annual financial statements for our partnerships; and assisting Corporate Controller in the quarterly and annual SEC reporting process.Founded in 1948, Robert Half Finance & Accounting pioneered financial recruitment and today is the worldwide leader in the field.
