Manager, Data Warehousing Systems
POSITION SUMMARY The Manager, Data Warehouse Systems, manages two groups of IT professionals: the Marketing Database team, currently comprised of three Programmer/Analysts and the Corporate Reporting team, currently comprised of two Business Intelligence Developer/Analysts and one Business Intelligence Architect. Both teams play a central, highly visible role in helping the company to reach its objectives. This position is responsible for the continuous improvement of the services provided to our clients, delivered at the highest standards of professionalism and management efficiency. This position is located in Medford, Oregon.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•Responsible for client communications that contribute to trustful, harmonious relationships.
•Responsible for developing accurate and complete business requirements, analysis, design, testing, training, implementation and post review for systems maintenance and improvement efforts.
•Responsible for problem resolution with any and all assigned IT applications.
•Responsible for departmental forecast, budget, expense, system planning and resource planning.
•Responsible for planning and coordination of projects. This includes leading project meetings, task management, estimating, managing project timelines, resource allocation, prioritizing work, project reporting and general project management.
•Responsible for development of assigned IT resources, continuously improving each individual’s skills and knowledge, as well as their overall contribution to the IT team.
