Manager Credit Policy
Responsible for the developing and installing of new credit monitoring and tracking systems designed to determine the effectiveness of alternate strategies for account originations, credit limit management, account profitability, attrition, and collections.
Works with senior management in the development of systems and strategies to be employed in credit risk management.
Consults with senior management and Corporate Credit Policy in the area of credit risk model development, account monitoring techniques, strategies relating to the credit monitoring process, quantitative financial analysis and/or potential application of artificial intelligence technology.
Participates in the development of strategic and operating plans to enhance business growth.
Supervises, trains, and reviews the work of Credit Risk Analysts.
Performs other projects or special assignments as required.

job Requirements
Bachelor degree in mathematics, statistics, business, finance, economics, or equivalent experience required. Masters degree in a related field preferred. Three to five years business experience required with demonstrated ability in quantitative analysis and a good working knowledge of lending, collections, and credit risk. Computer programming skills must include three years use of statistical programs such as SAS or SPSS or advanced use of data base programs. Solid written and oral communications skills required.
