To ensure our continued success, we must attract and retain exceptional talent at all levels of our organization. We are currently seeking an experienced finance professional to join the corporate finance organization reporting directly to the director of corporate finance. This role will include:

Assist on financial due diligence for potential acquisitions and divestitures

Perform financial analysis and develop points of view on key risks and key opportunities

Advise on deal and accounting structure

Provide transition guidance and expertise

Determine risk-based scope and areas of focus

Lead teams as applicable, including outsourced expertise

Ensure findings are addressed and recommendations implemented

Collaborate with process leaders to address and improve internal controls across INVISTA

Generate ideas as well as provide leadership and guidance through execution

Challenge current operating structure to assess efficiency opportunities and help drive cost optimization
REQUIREMENTS
Your skills and background should include:

-Bachelors or masters degree in accounting or finance
-CPA is preferred, but not required
-M&A and due diligence experience preferred, but not required
-8-15 years accounting/finance in large company environment
-Experience in process controls implementation or assessment
-Available for domestic and international travel as needed
-Sound communications skills with all levels of management
-Flexibility to handle several tasks/demands simultaneously
-Demonstrate capabilities to be elevated to controller level or finance director level in 2-4 years
