Manager, CFO Advisory

We are currently seeking a Manager in our CFO Advisory Services to join us in our Miami office.CFO Advisory (CFOA) Services professionals are “trusted advisers” for the CFO and other finance function clients. With a focus on financial analysis, operations, controls and performance, our professionals bring leading practices and recommendations to clients to help streamline and create more efficient processes with the finance function.Responsibilities:

Develop new client opportunities and lead teams conducting lodging, casino and real estate market demand studies

Acquisition and due diligence analysis of hospitality and real estate assets

Operational reviews of hotel and casino properties

Utilize project management skills and gather data and analysis relative to the Hospitality and Real Estate industriesQualifications:

Five years of experience working in a financial role in the Hotel or Casino industry and/or advisory experience

Work on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable independent action and a high degree of initiative are needed

Able to make recommendations based on incomplete data

Able to lead teams and to be a self starter

Excellent presentation and writing skills

Advanced proficiency in internal accounting controls

Able to create succinct qualitative and quantitative summaries

Able to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision

Able to organize and interpret complex, detailed financial information and apply problem solving skills

Strong verbal, communication and interpersonal skills

Able to travel at least 50 percent of the time

BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university
