Manager, Business Analysis


The Manager, Business Analysis role is a key Finance leadership position reporting to the Sr. Director, Financial Planning and Analysis. The position is responsible for financial planning and analysis for the North America Specialty Chemicals business. By partnering with business leadership, and analyzing the profitability and trends in the business by customer, market segment, and product, the successful candidate will develop insights into the business that will lead to improved strategies and actions.

Key responsibilities include performance analysis, forecasting, and leadership of the annual operating plan. Areas of particular focus include pricing, raw material costs, operating expenses, and investment/acquisition analysis. The person will lead or participate on process improvement teams working on improved financial and business processes.

REQUIREMENTS
Business or Accounting degree, MBA preferred.

5+ years of demonstrated success in Financial Planning, Control, and interacting with business units in an advisory role.
Strong experience in accoumting and finance systems, excellent understanding of cost issues.
