Well known fortune 500 financial services companyLead, manage and execute key milestones on the Accounting Integration team responsible for various integration projects impacting the Controller's Group. Tasks would include but not limited to: Manage key business process, policy and system integration effortsLead key accounting aspects of the integration projectsManage cross-functional work efforts with associatesDirect the design and documentation of new processes that will be implemented throughout the year.Provide additional support to operational groups during month-end close.Provide bench strength for competing deadlines.Experience in process development and project management will help facilitate managing the number of initiatives, but should also enable making recommendations or alternative solutions in order to ensure successful implementation of Corporate Accounting and Reporting required efforts
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field5+ years of experience, including work in a compliance type functionLeadership skills and ability to manage a teamStrong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and communication skillsMust be proactive, motivated team playerA good working knowledge of general ledger systems, Excel and various other Microsoft Office software packages.Preferred:Public accounting experienceCPA
