Managed Care Financial Analyst

Critical thinking skills. Advanced computer sills with experience using different software to include Excel and Access. Superior communication, organization, and presentation skills, including the use of electronic media. Versatility and willingness to adjust and adapt to different working conditions, projects, deadlines, and priorities. Knowledge of highly complex financial concepts and ability to quickly produce analyses on those concepts. Aptitude towards positive customer service relationships and an ability to create satisfactory solutions to adverse situations. Ability to interact and work effectively and positively with multi-disciplinary teams including physicians, management, financial staff, and representatives of managed care plans. Academic or professional exposure to Managed Care, Health Economics, Health Services Administration or related field.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma required.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Information Systems or Related Field Required.
Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Information Systems or Related Field Preferred.
