As a public accounting firm with approximately 150 team members located in Horsham, PA, we are currently seeking to add talented professionals to our outstanding team, including hiring a Manager to join our Tax Strategies Team. Tax Managers are responsible for: Efficient, accurate, complete, and timely preparation of all clients tax returns. Applying advanced technical skills in a variety of tax and accounting areas. Growing our client base developing new business opportunities. Education and/or Prior Work Experience Requirements: BS in Accounting or equivalent, Minimum seven years in public accounting, demonstrating proven progression in tax return complexity, scope, and research, Hands-on experience with compliance and tax provision issues associated with the public company sector, Must have applicable state CPA license, and Proficiency in use of computers and computer tax preparation, tax research, and tax planning software programs.

Position Requirements: Delegate and manage tax research projects resulting in accurate and efficient product, Serve as a resource for tax staff, seniors, and A&A staff on specific tax issues, Ability to develop, train, and schedule staff, Develop and maintain positive client work relationships, as well as be able to maintain associations to develop new business for the firm, Be client service oriented, have excellent decision making ability, demonstrate good leadership skills, and Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
