Premier Mortgage Funding, a rapidly growing mortgage broker located in Birmingham. is seeking several experienced Loan Officers - Loan Originators who are serious about taking their career to the next level! Our purpose is to serve homeowners and prospective homeowners with our wealth of mortgage experience and real estate knowledge.

Job Summary - Loan Officers :
Responsible for converting leads into loans.

Duties Include - Loan Officers :
Originating loans from leads and managing them to funding.
Corresponding with/or interviewing applicants or creditors to resolve questions regarding application information.
Examining, evaluating, authorizing and/or recommending approval of customer applications for residential real estate loan.
Compiling loan package and facilitating negotiation of loan structure with applicant, including fees, loan repayment options and other.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to network with Builders, Real Estate Agents, Accountants, Bankruptcy Attorneys, etc.
to build a referral base.
At least 6 months sales experience in banking, mortgage or similar industry.
Must have strong sales background.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly Organized.
Strong follow-up.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Must have the ability to multi-task.
Computer literate.
