Life, Health, Employee Benefits Account Executive Manager

Provide a high level of support and direction in maintaining, expanding and servicing life, health and employee benefit programs. Overall responsibility for the renewal/rounding out of assigned groups. Work with Producers to leverage cross selling opportunities. Work with Clients to develop proactive service time lines.
Essential Job Functions include: Responsible for building stronger client relationships on existing books of business. Meet with clients to discuss and handle their insurance needs. Prepare company submissions for renewal business quotes and oversee the preparation of the bids to be delivered to the customer. Analyzes, prioritizes and interprets information drawing accurate conclusions with minimal guidance. Works with company representatives in gathering all necessary data i.e., claims experience, demographic changes, plan design options, network - medical/pharmacy information to present market comparisons at renewal. Successfully demonstrates the ability to speak/deliver presentation to an audience of employees during the group open enrollment.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have knowledge of Life, Health, Employee Benefit products. Licensed LHEB agent. Prefer Sales or Account Management experience. Computer proficiency with Management System, Outlook, Excel Spreadsheets, Word documents, faxing from PC and Internet search is required. Demonstrated effective presentation skills through both verbal and written communication skills. Must have ability analyze, problem solve, prioritize and present information & respond to questions. Must be aggressive/assertive, a self-starter with the ability to influence others. Attention to detail is essential.
