Our Client, a Large international Law firm is looking for a Legal Billing Specialist. The candidate will coordinate the efforts as a Billing Specialist, will be responsible for workload management including partner assignments, and special projects. Will facilitate with lawyers and with Accounting Department personnel as necessary for billing or other related issues. Responsible for the monthly process of ensuring that billings and collections activities are completed prior to month-end cutoff.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS: The individual must be self-motivated, service-oriented and highly professional. The individual must have outstanding communication skills and have the ability to communicate with a variety of personnel from throughout the Firm



A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Must have prior legal billing experience with proven ability to communicate effectively. Four years of Legal billing & Elite preferred. Good client relations and interpersonal & communication skills.
