Prestigious international law firm seeks an experienced legal biller to join their established Los Angeles office. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Billing Manager with the legal billing for an internatonal firm, perform edits for open matters, review and edit proformas, process monthly billing, coordinate cross functionally to acquire necessary documents for billing matters, analyze and troubleshoot discrepancies, reconcile old accounts with accounts receivables, analyze and maintain accuracy of client accounts. Successful candidate will possess a minimum of five years of legal billing experience, excellent verbal as well as written communication skills, intermediate MS Word experienece and intermediate to advanced Excel skills, previous Elite experience highly desired.
