Job Description:
Seeking a professional leasing consultant for an apartment community located in Oxon Hill, MD. Candidate needs to have strong communication and organizational skills. Selected person will be working one on one with customers as well as residents, provide back up support to the Resident Manager as needed as well as other administrative duties.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must be experienced in leasing and sales, looking for someone that has at least 3 years experience in previous work history working in this field. Computer skills are a must (Microsoft Word & Excel).
