Classification: Full Time Compensation: $80,000 to $85,000 per year Downtown Houston Energy Trading Firm is looking to add to its accounting infrastructure for a Lease Tax Supervisor. The Lease Tax Supervisor manages a team of 7 professional staff, which are responsible for filing approximately a large number of tax returns yearly. The Lease Tax Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with the federal and state taxing authorities. Additional responsibilities include performance management and coaching and staff development. Coordinating external and internal audits. Managing any production tax related projects and activities. Candidate must possess 5 plus years Severance Tax, BBA and leading a team of individuals. Corporation pays excellent base, bonus and benefits.
