Lead Actuarial Analyst

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $46000 to $73000 per year Analyst in the healthcare insurance industry, who has not only proven ability and intellectual capacity to perform at a high level of independence, but also has evidenced the ability to lead and develop other analysts. The Lead Analyst will assist the Director by overseeing the tactical operations of the actuarial department (i.e. the scheduling and preparation of the rate filings, forecasts, rate development, rating systems, reserves, rating variable analysis and other special analyses) while becoming involved in providing input to management in the more strategic elements of the company.
