Lead Accountant - Brokerage

POSITION SUMMARY/PURPOSE OF POSITION:b

of support at the end of each quarter, with the annual audit requiring two weeks of interim testing in October and 2 weeks of audit time in January.Ad hoc projects
REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:5-7 years similar experience in accountingPC proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point. Strong verbal and writing skills. Demonstrated ability to multi-task in fast paced environment. Extensive knowledge of General Accounting Principals and Financial Accounting Standards. Ability to present self and communicate professionally at the executive level. Strong leadership and team mentality required.BA/BS in Accounting and/or FinanceCPAPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Oracle experience a plusPrior Broker Dealer and/or financial services experience
