The Company specializes in the design and manufacturing of cord reel and specialty cable assembly products. The company holds numerous patents for its brushless cord reel and strain relief technologies and is the worldwide technology leader in cable management for aircraft, communication and retail security system installations. Our success is due to a combination of our state-of-the-art design capabilities and our willingness to partner with our customers to design and manufacture cable and cord management solutions.

Position Overview:
The Key Account Program Manager will be responsible for hands-on strategic account management of both existing and new accounts within the aerospace market. This individual will be accountable for developing and managing program schedules and deliverables for all programs within key accounts, as well as standard day to day account management activities. Moderate travel within the U.S. and international locations will be required.

Skills:
?Solution and complex product sales experience
?History of managing accounts with annual sales volumes in excess of $5 million
?Ability to work with and lead cross-functional internal and external teams for customer program success
?Ability to motivate, influence and resolve conflict among cross-functional team members
?Strong people management skills, particularly to influence management and facilitate conflict resolution
?General knowledge of project related finance/budgeting, including the ability to read and understand financial data
?General knowledge of marketing, marketing communications and product launch
?Working knowledge of ISO/9001/1400 processes
?Attention to detail and follow-through skills required
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills
?Proficiency and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat; Microsoft project is preferred
REQUIREMENTS
3 of 5 years of account or program management is required. This individual must have a solid background and understanding of custom product and solution sales techniques. Must have experience in transforming customer desires into technical requirements over extended lead- and delivery-times.

Experience in the area of manufactured products is required.

Experience with thermoplastics, cabling, and international production is preferred. This position will manage and work in cooperation with engineering team to come to an end product. The challenges include customizing product to meet OEM requirements while maintaining product standards, integrity, serviceability and short cycle time.
